Savita Burke
For the last 20 years Savita has dedicated her life to teaching the benefits of Traditional Yoga practices and breath awareness. She has a classical style, after her father’s disciplined values. Her teaching encompasses a holistic way of life that includes as well as Hatha Yoga practices, mantra chanting, relaxation, meditation, Chakra balancing, Traditional Indian Head Massage and many self-healing practices.
Savita is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga, Fitness Forum, FHT and a member of the Healing Centre in Tuscany, Italy. Savita travels to many venues across Britain and Europe, offering a wide range of workshops and seminars.
On the day
Aim:- To Introduce Yoga and Relaxation highlighting health benefits to the Community group.Give introduction to small groups and than to all depending how folks are sitting.
Sessions can be offered to suit different age groups and ability.
