Consultation Meetings & Support Services for and with BME groups and Organisations Together we constructively and creatively address: Needs of diverse BME groups and organisations START UP guidance for newly emerging projects Issues of concern, such as developments of good & clear communication and coordination between BME groups and agencies delivering services to BME communities Support for BME community leaders and groups Community development, action & business planning, marketing, governance, strategic involvement, fundraising skills, database management, accountancy & book- keeping, monitoring & evaluation techniques, accessible venues etc. Effective mechanisms for joint working together with different agencies, greater collaborative and partnership working e.g. how BME organisations can support one another, including protocols and service level agreements. Developing trust and confidence between service providers Develop pathways that enable BME groups to access national and regional support.
