Governing effectively means:

  • Board of Directors carry out their business effectively and efficiently

Governing responsibly means:

  • CCDN meets all its financial, legal and contractual commitments

Demonstrating Accountability to the appropriate bodies includes:

The skills and information we need includes:

  • understanding the views of users or those close to them

  • understanding the views of supporters and community members

  • Having people with financial, fund-raising, campaigning, management and other relevant skills
