Ghanaian contemporary Artist(s) wanted urgently.
Outstanding and talented contemporary Ghanaian artist(s)wanted to commission some
innovative and outstanding original work.
The brief is to design and construct the decorative artwork for a museum next year,
which will be celebrating Ghana's 50th Anniversary of Independence with a series
of celebratory and contemporary events from May 25th to June 3rd 2007.
The fee is up to 5,000 pounds inclusive of materials and covers a 12 week period.
It is possible to also have the work split in two parts with two artists. 1 male
and 1 female contemporary Ghanaian artists. The artists must be originally from
Ghana, but can be living anywhere at present.
More details and a complete brief will be provided when we receive contact from
interested artists.
The deadline for first contact is April 15th, the deadline for proposals of ideas
will be May 15th.
We strongly encourage contact and submissions from female Ghanaian artists.
