Planning for Quality

Having clearly defined our long-term purpose we are in the process of developing our medium and short term plans, which are rooted in our initial consultation based on our membership forms with over 2000 members of the local community having been received. We are developing clear priorities and targets for our activities which are designed to meet the needs and expectations of our members and review progress made on a regular basis.

 Long term purpose means:

  • our aims & objectives

  • our strategic plan for two years+

Plans for the medium and short term include:

  • Strategic plans for up to two years

  • Business and operational plans for CCDN or CCDN sub groups

  • Annual Plans for the CCDN or parts of this

  • Marketing plan outlining who we are trying to reach

  • Work programmes for key people

  • Our Plans for attracting and developing staff and volunteers
