International residency opportunity for visual artists
As part of its international Incidents/Incydenty project, The Art House
invites visual artists working in any medium to apply for a one-month
residency hosted by our partners, Zamek, in Cieszyn, Poland. Two
residency places are available. Successful applicants will work
alongside artists from the Czech Republic and Poland and will develop
their own work in with consideration of the residency context.
When: 12.06.2006 - 07.07.2006
Where : At The Silesian Castle of Art and Enterprise in Cieszyn ( Poland )
in partnership with KaSS Strzelnice in Czech Cieszyn ( Czech Republic )
What is offered? : no fee, but studio work space, a materials budget,
accommodation, all meals, travel expenses, inclusion in the project
exhibition, publication and art work sale (July 06).
